Broad Oak Garage

Our client purchased the former service station/garage site in Broad Oak which already had planning for redevelopment. We re-submitted planning in accordance with our clients instructions to obtain permission for a mixed use site comprising four cottages to the rear and two shops with flats over at the front. The buildings were designed to fit in with the character of the village and the properties immediately surrounding the site.
