New dwellings in Sedlescombe: The Paddock, Sedlescombe

The brief was to obtain planning permission on what was a vacant piece of land behind the public house, within the settlement boundaries of the village. Initially, permission was granted for a pair of three bedroom semi detached houses and a four bedroom detached dwelling. After construction, consent was granted for an additional pair of three bedroom semi detached houses at the rear of the site, which are now under construction.
