The Spinney

Our brief was to design a dwelling to replace the existing sub-standard bungalow which was suffering from Subsidence, Damp and Rodent Infestation. The client wanted to achieve the look of a period property whilst using modern materials and construction methods.

The result was a 5000 sq ft property excavated into the ground to ensure the roof remained the same height as the original bungalow. The property was featured in Build It Magazine in March 2010.
